Not entirely sure, maybe it's just mounting it for the sake of mounting
it or for the perf tool.

master@systemd:.% rpm -ql systemd-units | grep debug
(kyle@dreadnought:~/fedpkg/systemd)

/lib/systemd/system/sys-kernel-debug.mount
