Even just opening this email takes my machine 4 seconds. Trying to hit
reply took more than 2 minutes before I terminated thunderbird.

Should that 54000 line patch have been added as a new source and
uploaded to the lookaside cache, rather than into git proper ?

If not, then a 2596K Byte commits email is a bit over the top. Perhaps
we could have the automation check the size of the commit, and send the
email with only the first 200 lines or whatever is common ?
