GNOME 3 does not really affect tracker <> nautilus integration at all.

There are plans to have support for files (presumably including tagging)
in the shell (see e.g.
http://blogs.gnome.org/mccann/2010/04/07/the-grip-the-trip-and-the-slip/ ) and there's also some code from the Zeitgeist team (http://seilo.geekyogre.com/2010/12/revisiting-gnome-shell-zeitgeist/ ).
 I don't know how much of this will be available in 3.0, though. It
might end up being a 3.2 feature.
