The original Artistic license is not an acceptable license in Fedora, as 
such:
1. this is not a valid License tag and
2. if those random.* files cannot be relicensed by the original copyright 
holders, they MUST be ripped out (completely, even from the source tarball). 
If this is not possible, the entire package and everything that depends on 
it have to be removed from Fedora.

It is unfortunate that this wasn't caught during the original audit for 
removal of Artistic v1 stuff. (The fact that it wasn't specified in the 
License tag is part of the reason, of course.)
