Hmmm, indeed, KDE is moving towards using UPnP for more and more things, 
it'd be nice if it were used throughout Fedora, or at least supported by 
whatever firewall controlling system will be the default.

Of course, it would still be a system-level policy decision whether to allow 
UPnP, but support for it would be nice.
