I looked and provided some updates in the talk section and fixed a typoish issue in the page. I'd still like to see something about not breaking things shortly before the alpha release as that can lead to slips. Pretty similar to what is said for the pre beta stuff. I found the short bit I wrote up about requesting dist-tags and added a link in the talk section.
