Maybe it is because of the sheer volume of messages on the list, but most of the messages getting stuck here were posts to linux-kernel. There was probably an average of 3-4 messages per week getting stuck since I upgraded to FC1. Hmm... https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=107692 seems to be on the same subject.
