This likely happened because the original release string was non-conformant.

It should have originally been:

xorg-x11-drv-ati-6.13.1-0.1.20100705git37b348059.fc14

in which case the script would have bumped it to

xorg-x11-drv-ati-6.13.1-0.2.2010705git....

So in this case it appears it was a garbage in / garbage out issue.

The bump script lives in releng git repo (git.fedorahosted.org/releng if
anybody wants to hack on it.
