I have a feeling there was a misunderstanding here...

because kdepimlibs broke the quoting... :)
That should be rpm -q k3b kdelibs kdebase-runtime hal-storage-addon .... 
kdebase-runtime isn't a command. :*)

(Rex, you should rebuild the kdeppimlibs snapshot in kde-redhat ;) )
