rawhide samba4.spec says;
--------------------------------------------
      1  %define main_release 23

     13  %define samba4_release %{main_release}.%{pre_release}%{?dist}

     16  %define talloc_release %{main_release}%{?dist}
     17  %define tdb_release %{main_release}%{?dist}
     18  %define tevent_release %{main_release}%{?dist}
     19  %define ldb_release %{main_release}%{?dist}

     43  Name: samba4
     44  Version: %{samba4_version}
     45  Release: %{samba4_release}.2

    263  %package -n libldb
    267  Release: %{ldb_release}
----------------------------------------------

So %ldb_release has not changed since the previous build and koji raises
error. Changing %main_release will fix the error.
