As discussed on IRC, this seems like an odd anomoly that happened
perhaps due to moving the latest ghc from one tag to the other.  Really
not sure why at the time of compose koji decided there were no builds of
ghc, however I have replaced the ghc build that went out the last couple
days (even though it is broken).  There is a FESCo ticket being opened
that would grant me the approval to make ghc go backwards to a build
that works while the rebuild is managed in dist-f14-ghc.
