I use whining alerts in Bugzilla to get daily summaries of bug statistics, split out between RHEL and Fedora. Every morning at 5am, I get about 5 different emails from BZ with a series of different queries showing current bugs, ones I was added to CC within 3 days, ones recently set NEEDINFO to me, etc. It's a lot more usable than wading through the 5,000 BZ emails I get each week.
