When owner of package opts-in and I as co-maintainer opt-out, who will
get emails? Normally I would assume only owner and other co-maintainers
(sans me), but since you mentioned emails are sent to pkgowner
alias...Perhaps no one will get email? Please enlighten me.

As a side note, I welcome this...and will probably turn it on for most
of my packages. Thanks.
