but not on all rhel/centos-5 so i suggest:
%if 0%{?rhel} > 5 || 0%{?fedora}
for rhel6 and fedora since now all fedora is at least 11 and usually
rhel6 and fedora packages are compatible with eachother all other case
the "old" (4,5) rhel releases.
