Did not help.
Still freezes.
Tried twice.
First time got as far as the screen allowing one to enter ip address
before it froze.
Second time the very first install screen only
partially drew and the system was frozen.

Each attempt follows a shutdown then power on.

System runs redhat 9 fine.
