Or is it just that the user is too lazy? Also the users don't seem to reply to my questions in the abrt-filed bugs. Do they not get subscribed to bugzilla? How can I make sure that they receive the follow-ups in the bug report? Sorry, if these were discussed before. Please give references if this was the case.
