Just one data point, maybe an isolated one, dunno:

That sounds encouraging, but it doesn't match with my recent experience: for 3 
weeks I thought F-13 kernels not booting for me was a nouveau issue (my bug 
report had nouveau in the bug summary during that time).  It may be something 
different after all, but I still don't know for sure and there was and still 
has not been a word from the bug assignees/Cc'd people.  Not sure if Ben is
