The update notes contain the upstream PHP changelog, but the package
changelog is from maniadrive:

| ChangeLog:
|
| * Sat Mar 6 2010 Remi Collet <Fedora@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> 1.2-21
| - Rebuild for new php 5.3.2
| * Mon Feb 22 2010 Hans de Goede <hdegoede@xxxxxxxxxx> 1.2-20
| - Fix FTBFS (#564773)
| * Fri Nov 20 2009 Remi Collet <Fedora@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> 1.2-19
| - Rebuild for new php 5.3.1

When you look at the update in Bodhi, you will notice that both php and
maniadrive have been grouped together:
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/php-5.3.2-1.fc12,maniadrive-1.2-21.fc12

Afaics everything is how it should be.
