(See the discussions in the devel list for the last 2 weeks. When version X of a software is supported in F-12, the same version X can be supported most of the time in F-11. And if it can be supported, it should be supported. However, this mc update should have gone to testing and stayed there for a couple weeks before pushed to stable. I agree at that point.
