It's not very hard for us to find out what they run:

Helper: please run in a terminal "kde4-config --version"

User:
Qt: 4.6.2
KDE Development Platform: 4.4.00 (KDE 4.4.0)
kde4-config: 1.0

Not to hard to find out.
