Do keep in mind that Firefox is pretty much broken and might not even be able to show a "Do you want to restart?" dialog by the time the RPM transaction is rolling, so if it's going to involve user interaction, that will have to happen in the PackageKit GUI. Another option is to make Firefox notice internally how broken it is and try to restart itself.
