Would not this also provide the minor added benefit that there could now
be a drpm for the first update for a package?
I like the proposal, the only drawback I found is that when a new Fedora
release is out we mirror (local) the updates repository with priority,
and the big Everything repository is mirrored using a small bandwidth
setting because it is not needed normally for the first updates (updates
that add new dependecies are not common the first weeks)
