axis2: openjdk6 javascript e4x rhino

I've been trying to get axis2 built for F11.  The newest version that meets all the dependencies is axis2 1.3 due to maven2 being only at 2.0.4.  Axis2 1.3 nearly builds except for failing tests for the Scripting Module:

What is the best way to workaround this rhino problem with openjdk6?
