Wish I knew that earlier, my current SRPM is based on the spec file from the latest RH which shipped with svaglib, with all the patches debian aplies, and some more patches by me, to get rid of mmap error with the new random dynamic linking addresses security feature Fedora is using.
I'll check out the spec file and patches form this older attempt and merge whatever is usefull / nescesarry.
