I've been personally using 2.6.29.4-75 successfully for a while (uptime currently is 32 days),
so I join you in asking why there are no recent kernels for f10.

On this route, why no 2.6.30? There is a driver I need which is included in >= 2.6.30.

These days upstream 2.6.31 is almost released... BTW
