In fact, the code isn't even present as an option there. (It's a post 2.6.30 feature) In rawhide, it was switched on for about a week a month or so back, and turned off because of the number of false positives being too high to make it useful. It might come back on for a short time periodically in rawhide, but generally, it's off.
