We have discussed in the past using the intersection of the open source definition from opensource.org and the free software definition from gnu.org, which means "only software the two major definitions agree is open/free"
Thank you Havoc, that's exactly what I've been asking for. I would say this should be reflected on fedora.redhat.com somewhere.
It is now clear to me that pine has no place in Fedora Core/Extras. I'll see about publishing it on rpm.livna.org instead.
