FWIW, my only Geode (GX) system is so darn slow I have almost everything non-essential stripped off of it. That would include smolt.

IIRC the thing just barely qualifies as an i586. But I'd be happy to have to get/build a shortbus spin to run future versions of Fedora on it. I'd just prefer for that to not become impossible.
