Further: I find the table at the top more confusing then helpful; it will also get hard to get that into a text form to cut'n'paste it into a mail while keeping it readable. A format that is close to the later parts of the report (Action Items, Action Items, by person) in a kind of wiki-style (which most of us are used to already) would be easier afaics. E.g. something like this: """ Meeting started by jds2001 at 17:01:13 UTC. nirik acted as chair. * INFO: Please go vote in FESCo, Board and f12 naming elections. (nirik, 17:06:24) * ACTION: j-rod will attend the F11 release retrospective meeting (: jds2001, 17:10:04) * Topic: EOL date for F-9 (link to ticket) * AGREED: EOL date for F-9 will be 2009-07-10 (jds2001, 17:13:11) [...] """ The most important information are obvious here, while that not that important details (who said it when) is still there.
