Update: I've built (roughly) 60 out of the (roughly) 75 packages.

Three packages have upstream problems, one of which is now fixed,
still waiting on the other two.

The other packages are waiting for previous build requirements to
settle down in dist-f12.  In general there doesn't seem to be any
major problem with the new OCaml compiler, so that's good news!
