I suspect that these packages just need debuginfo turned off.  For the
majority of OCaml packages we do:

%define debug_package %{nil}

The reason is that upstream OCaml doesn't generate meaningful dwarf
information, and gdb doesn't support OCaml either (there is an
OCaml-specific debugger).  Both facts are regrettable but require a
great deal of effort to fix, which we don't have resources to do.
