One example is Qt 4.5: it was in the buildroot, but only in testing, so
stuff which got moved to stable before Qt 4.5 was was broken.
But that doesn't mean testing should not exist, we kept Qt 4.5 in testing
that long for a reason (actually several ones, there were a few regressions
we had to fix).
