It is probably worth considering. It might be a way to get more people
using rawhide. Having a testing repository could smooth over some of the
bumps.

I think once you start having freezes there definitely should be one.
This allows some people to test the frozen state, some people to test
the latest development.

Once final freeze has started having updates available as well so that
people can test what the initial release plus updates is going to look
like is useful.
