Chipset/memory size??

My machine is a dual Xeon, Tyan S2665 mainboard (Intel 7505 chipset) with 4G memory (all 4 slots populated with 1G DIMMs). I have a 3Ware controller, Broadcom NIC, Radeon graphics, Adaptec AIC7xxx SCSI (for scanner, no disks). System boots from internal IDE not 3Ware card.

The released -435 kernels behave normally; I first started to notice the "auto reboot" problem at -459, I can't comment about anything in the interim.
