Well, IMO legal has failed or didn't review carefully.
They likely looked at whether this license is threatening Red Hat. They
likely didn't look at "freedom of Software".
I don't see how FSF approving something as free says anything about Red
Hat Legal.
Spot is the Red Hat Legal spokesperson. He is the one having the final
say around here and is the person I am considering to be responsible for
processing legal requests.
