I've typed in a text box in Firefox and hit Ctrl+W ("erase word" for
years on Unix systems, including older Firefox, but now "close window")
and lost information. It is a lot easier to hit Ctrl+W than
Ctrl+Alt+Backspace. Firefox only prompts on Ctrl+W if you have multiple
tabs.
