Maybe we should stick it into a qt-qdoc3 or qt-internal subpackage.

Description: This package contains Qt's custom documentation tool (qdoc3)
which is used by some packages tightly coupled to Qt, such as Qt Creator.
Using it for anything else is not recommended. Qt Software highly
recommends using Doxygen instead for your own Qt-based applications.
