sim-0.9.5-0.16.20080923svn2261rev.fc11 (88423) failed on xenbuilder2.fedora.redhat.com (noarch), x86-1.fedora.phx.redhat.com (x86_64): BuildError: error building package (arch x86_64), mock exited with status 30; see root.log for more information
SRPMS:
  sim-0.9.5-0.16.20080923svn2261rev.fc11.src.rpm
As suggested I look into root.log and see:

Transaction Check Error:
DEBUG util.py:256: file /usr/bin/preparetips conflicts between
attempted installs of kdelibs-common-6:4.2.0-16.fc11.x86_64 and
kdelibs3-3.5.10-5.fc11.x86_64
DEBUG util.py:256: file /usr/share/config/colors/40.colors conflicts
between attempted installs of kdelibs-common-6:4.2.0-16.fc11.x86_64 and
kdelibs3-3.5.10-5.fc11.x86_64
.......

As I can understand it is a conflict with KDE3 and KDE4? I assume it is
not related to my sim?

Well, actually there are duplicate files between kdelibs and kdelibs3.
(see bug 487104: the next kdelibs3 3.5.10-7.fc11 is now under build,
which will probably fix this issue,
but it seems that rebuilding this takes not a short time).

However anyway it seems rather strange that both kdelibs3 and kdelibs(4)
are needed for BuildRequires (although I know one exception).
I guess you can drop "qt" from BuildRequires because it seems sim is using
qt3 (i.e. kde3)
