I am fairly sure that this is complete for all common and most uncommon
cases, however I am not willing to put its completion at 100% due to the
fact that there may be Python packages on the fringe that aren't
prepared.
If you believe all the work is done 100% is fine. We don't expect all
the bugs to be found in the other features before they get to 100% :)
