Are you sure the KDE-related issues are fixed too?
For example, the GDM + KDE + new D-Bus = no shutdown bug? I wrote the patch
to allow KDE to shut down through ConsoleKit (which is how the new GDM
requires doing it), but I don't know why D-Bus rejected my messages for
that purpose and nobody answered my quest for help (nor have any logs from
the permissive D-Bus been posted). So now I have no idea what the status of
that bug is.
