I think we realize this. rpm change is generally a good thing. However, it would still be nice to have some way to do this. I recognize that it may not be completely safe to push rpm updates to supported Fedora releases, but it would be nice to have some basic ideas of how we might go about getting a newer rpm onto, say, an F-9 box assuming that we're willing to deal with any weirdness that results. I will eventually get my builders updated to F-10 but for now it would be really nice to still be able to review packages properly. I'm willing to do the hacking.
