Thanks for looking at this so quickly :-) Yes indeed mingw32-filesystem-47 was broken, but the latest version (-49) fixes all known problems. I rebuilt all of the mingw32-* packages in Fedora on Friday evening without any problems (because we've also upgraded our cross-compiler to GCC 4.4).
