Hey Florian, when I tried to noarch the evolution-help subpackage, I got
some build error about unpackaged debuginfo: http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/getfile?taskID=1127341&name=build.log

Sorry. I did not repeat it in the second mail: We are still waiting for koji to be updated. Noarch subpackages do not work in koji yet. You can build locally with mock to check your spec files and experiment with noarch subpackages.
