This proposal contains the dicision to install a x86_64 kernel
even if you are installing a 32bit distribution, when the CPU may
support the 64-bit mode.

I want to remind, that there are some bugs are open which occurs
only on 64bit mode, like

Installing a 64bit kernel on a 32 bit distributation may caused
issue for the end user because not all drivers are 64 compatible.
