Have you asked the RPM Fusion folks ? They already have a almost
complete replica of the Fedora build system tools (koji, pkgdb etc)
running on their infrastructure.
RPMFusion is using just FAS for user administration and plague for
building, no koji or pkgdb.
Oh well. The point is that they can lend their infrastructure for
building updates.
