Fedora isn't a "if its free stick it in" repository. It isn't the old sunsite.
Fedora is for linux (and I guess windows now) software and data that software
can use. There isn't anything that can use OVM so why bundle it into fedora?

Scenario:
Data:
I have a Fedora server. The OVM package could be installed on this
server if it was available in the repositories.
I have several dozens boxes running RHEL which run commercial EDA
software and could use the OVM content shared by the Fedora server.
You have no license to use the EDA software I have.
Conclusion: because you do not have access to free tools and neither the
15 K USD/month needed for the license, I may not install OVM from the
Fedora repos.
Chitlesh and I are the only ones who see a flaw in the reasoning above ?
