And this is usually a horrible thing to fill in, unless "clog" already
contains a rationale why the update is being pushed and a short summary of
changes rather than a long FSF-style changelog with things like:

* version.c (VERSION): Bump version.
* main.c (main): Likewise.
* foo.c (bar): Likewise.
2009-01-01 Luke Pedant <pedant@xxxxxxxxxxx>
