Lazarus/fpc

Hi,

I would like to ask that the Lazarus package were updated to
version 0.9.26, which has a lot of improvements. It is running
just fine for me in F8 and F10, although some previous application
code had to be adapted slightly.

Also, for being able to access mysql, it would be nice
if the file /etc/fpc.cfg (from fpc) contained the appropriate
Fedora path by default.
Is there anything that precludes this change, or can
I just open a bug report?

Thanks.
