      * FESCo approved a proposal for packages that wish to prevent
        provenpackager commits to require FESCo approval.

              * Against: notting
              * Abstain: dgilmore
      * Discussed the initial seeding of the provenpackager group, and
        there will be a session at FUDCon to see if a reasonable
        solution can be worked out.
