kernel 2.6.27.9-159.fc10.i686 Rescheduling interrupts all the time

Hi,
powertop displays kernel IPI as the top CPU waker.
35.8% (198.7)      <kernel IPI> : Rescheduling interrupts
This does not look right to me. Any idea what might be wrong ?
